POSITION:
VP*AD in Credit Analysis Dept. - Leverage Loans, Credit Management - London
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To support the development of Bank’s Credit Management – London, collateral manager of the leveraged loans CDO programme of the Bank.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analysing new proposals, attending meetings with management, other funding institutions and advisors, including site visits to principal business premises.
• Assess business plans and prepare financial model* sensitivities. Comprehensively evaluate risks involved in proposal.
• Assist in the preparation and adjustment of empirical financial model to reflect complex*bespoke transactions.
• Responsible for maintaining and developing internal administrative systems to include transaction pipeline and completed transactions, databases, internal credit rating system and for distribution of information received from external parties to senior staff as appropriate.
• Assist in preparation of external correspondence, including terms and conditions and credit submissions.
• Maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors, banks and professional contacts.
• Being a member of the Leveraged Loan Credit Committee.
• Being responsible for the portfolio of CDOs in cooperation with the Loan Management dept.

• Turnaround time of analysis
• Depth of analysis and evaluation
• Quality of modelling
• Accuracy of checking
• Value added by personal input to deal structuring
• Development of relationships with lead arranging banks aimed at sourcing of assets (both senior and mezzanine)
• Development of relationships with internal departments like Acquisition Finance Group, Loan Management and Credit Risk Management.
